Adv. Aires Rodrigues representing Rawloo Khalap today cross examined SIT Police Sub Inspector (PSI) Pritesh Dinanath Madgaonkar who had filed an affidavit in the case. PSI Madgoankar in his cross examination today feigned ignorance on whether Jit Arolkar was supporting the ruling BJP Government.

PSI Pritesh Madgaonkar last week had given details to the one man Commission on the manner in which Jit Arolkar had grabbed of which Mapusa based Rawloo Khalap is a co-owner.

PSI Madgaonkar in his affidavit had further stated that Jit Arolkar developed the property and sub-divided it without obtaining any permissions from the Competent authority and with an intention to cheat co-owner Rawloo Khalap misrepresented in the sale deeds that the vendors he was representing were the sole and exclusive owners in possession of the property while cheating Rawloo Khalap and the purchasers of the plots.

Adv. Rodrigues today submitted before the one man Commission that now Mandrem MLA Jit Arolkar with political patronage and in connivance with the Pernem revenue officials had grabbed Rawloo Khalap’s property.
