During FY26, the company settled claims worth over ₹31 crore across the region, registering 18% year-on-year growth, as families increasingly seek stronger financial protection, faster claims support and access to quality healthcare closer to home.

In FY26, the company settled claims worth over ₹31 crore across Goa, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg, covering 66,000 lives. The claims support reflects the company’s role in helping families access timely treatment and manage healthcare expenses across the region. The company also recorded 16.5% YoY growth in GWP across the region in FY26, driven by wider customer access, advisor-led outreach and stronger regional servicing.
Since inception, Star Health has settled claims worth ₹118 crore+ across Goa and the Konkan region, supporting families across critical healthcare needs. At a national level, Star Health settled claims worth ₹11,700 crore covering 30.6 lakh claims in FY26, reinforcing the company’s claims-servicing scale and credibility. The company’s claims capabilities are supported by a 92% retail claims settlement ratio, 84% cashless claims settlement and 92% cashless claims processed within three hours, with 75% of claims now managed through Star Health’s new claims platform.
