Goa: Manohar International Airport in North Goa has unveiled a state-of-the-art Ceiling Suspended Curved Digital Videowall at its Arrivals terminal, marking a major milestone in the evolution of airport advertising in India. The innovative installation has been launched by Times OOH, a Times Group company and India’s leading out-of-home advertising player.

Billed as the first of its kind inside an Indian airport, the videowall features a distinctive top-curved design and large-format digital display, offering an immersive, cinematic visual experience. The new-age digital OOH (DOOH) format is aimed at redefining airport media by elevating brand storytelling to global standards.

Designed to captivate arriving passengers, the curved videowall has been strategically positioned head-on in the baggage claim area, ensuring high dwell time and maximum visibility among premium domestic and international travellers. The format enables advertisers to create visually compelling narratives that leave a lasting first impression.

This installation marks the second iconic media innovation by Times OOH at Manohar International Airport. It follows the record-setting largest videowall inside an Indian airport, located in the Departures terminal, which is certified by the India Book of Records.

Commenting on the launch, Rohit Chopra, Chief Operating Officer, Times OOH, said the new digital media reflects Goa’s vibrancy and aspirational appeal. He described the videowall as more than just a screen, calling it a powerful storytelling canvas that represents the future of digital out-of-home advertising, where technology enhances creativity and brand recall.

The launch has been strategically timed to coincide with Goa’s peak festive and tourist season, a period witnessing a significant surge in both domestic and international arrivals.

Over the past year, Manohar International Airport (GOX) has emerged as a hub for brand innovation, hosting several high-impact, first-of-its-kind campaigns. Chopra also praised the airport authorities for their innovation-driven approach, stating that their support has enabled the creation of landmark media formats and positioned the airport as one of the fastest-growing success stories in airport advertising.

Operational since January 2023, the airport handled 4.6 million passengers in FY25 and currently connects Goa to 19 domestic and six international destinations. With high passenger dwell time in the Arrivals area, the airport offers an ideal environment for brands to engage travellers from the moment they land.

With the introduction of the curved videowall, Times OOH, the exclusive advertising partner at Goa Manohar International Airport, continues to strengthen its leadership in premium DOOH innovation, blending cutting-edge technology with creative excellence across India’s top travel hubs.
