Panjim : Rebuild India Trust & Goa Panchayat Mahila Shakti Abhiyan, in association with the Directorate of Panchayat, Government of Goa are proud to announce the Goa Star Women Award 2023. The event will take place on 14th May 2023 at the National Institute of Oceanography Auditorium, Donapaula – Goa from 4 p.m onwards. Goa Star Women Award 2023 is a prestigious Award ceremony that celebrates the achievements of women in various fields and contribution towards women fraternity. The event aims to recognize the hard work and dedication of women who have excelled in their respective fields and have made a positive impact on society.
The awards cover a wide range of categories, including Professionals, Artist, Sports, Education, Social Work etc. The ceremony is expected to be a star-studded affair, with some of the biggest names in the industry attending to show their support for women empowerment. The Goa Star Women Award 2023 promises to be an unforgettable event, celebrating the achievements of women and inspiring future generations to follow in their footsteps.
The theme for the program is “Celebrating Womanhood through Appreciation, Recognition and Connect” which aims to showcase the achievements of women in Goa who have overcome challenges and achieved success in their respective fields.
With its grand completion of The 100th Outreach Program in Goa on May 10th, it started as an initiative aimed at empowering women in the state as it provides a platform for women to showcase their achievements and become a source of inspiration and motivation for others. Through various events and activities, the program highlighted the importance of women’s empowerment in society and encouraged women to pursue their dreams and aspirations.
The Goa Star Women Award 2023 will feature traditional performances like Divali Dance and Kunbi Dance followed by Kunbi Fashion Show by internationally acclaimed Fashion Designer Verma D’Mello. Honorable Chief Minister of Goa Dr. Pramod Sawant has consented to be the Chief Guest and Honorable Minister for Panchayat, Shri. Mauvin Godinho will be Guest of Honour and will be presenting the awards to the deserving recipients. The award recognizes women who have made significant contributions to their communities and have become a source of inspiration and motivation for others.
