In a unique and strategic move during his election campaign in Karnataka, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant displayed a down-to-earth approach. In a connect with the common people, he chose to engage with the local community in a relatable way by purchasing vegetables from road-side vendors and travelling in auto rickshaw in Belgaum.

CM have Asked to monitor all 18 Constituencies in Belagavi District

Sawant’s decision to buy vegetables from the road-side vendors was a deliberate effort to highlight the significance of local businesses and small-scale entrepreneurs. By engaging with these vendors, he aimed to demonstrate his support for the informal sector and emphasize the importance of their contributions to the economy.

He also travelled in auto rickshaw like a lay man in what also impressed the people of Belgaum.
