The election process will be held on the 30th of this month. Filing of nominations and scrutiny will take place on the 29th, while the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected office-bearers is scheduled to be held at the Secretariat on the 31st.

Naik also stated that the MGP has extended its support to the BJP candidates, adding that MGP President Deepak Dhavalikar has submitted a letter of support. Independent member Sunil Jalmi has also assured support to the government for development works.

Emphasising the BJP government’s approach, Naik said that development works are being carried out across all constituencies without discrimination. He appealed to opposition MLAs to cooperate with the government to resolve issues in their respective areas.
