Panaji: soon after 8 Congress MLAs joined BJP, GPCC general secretary Sunil Kawthankar today issued a letter which said all congress block committees have been dissolved
This is what is written in the Letter
“Goa Pradesh Congress Committee has dissolved all the Block Congress Committees with immediate effect. The Block committees will be reconstituted in consultation with respective congress workers in due course of time.”
