15 November 2025: Goa’s Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has been featured in Forbes India for his leadership in transforming the state’s healthcare sector and driving progressive reforms across health services, environment, and urban development.
Rane highlighted that Goa has achieved significant milestones — from digitising health services and launching India’s first fully digital Primary Health Centre to expanding emergency care, introducing advanced medical institutes, and strengthening preventive healthcare. He emphasised that these initiatives reflect the government’s commitment to building a healthier and more resilient Goa.
Under Rane’s stewardship, the state has also pushed forward eco-conservation efforts, sustainable urban planning, and enhanced emergency medical response systems. Forbes India’s recognition, he said, is a testament to the continued reforms aimed at ensuring accessible and quality healthcare for every Goan.
Expressing gratitude for the acknowledgment, Health Minister Vishwajit Rane said the recognition motivates the government to work even harder for the people of Goa.
