The Government of Goa has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Shri Ravi S. Naik, Hon’ble Minister for Agriculture, Handicrafts, and Civil Supplies, who passed away on October 15, 2025.
As a mark of respect, the National Flag will be flown at half-mast on all government buildings where it is regularly hoisted. The state government has declared three days of State Mourning from October 15 to 17, 2025, during which no official entertainment or public programmes will be held.
