Panaji – Enough is Enough. Stop Wasteful Expenditure on Fighting Court Cases arising out of Blunders & Stupidity of the BJP Government. Once again High Court turns down Government Appeal on postponing Panchayat Elections. BJP has let down OBC’s, reacted Congress Working President & Cuncolim MLA Yuri Alemao after High Court dismissed Goa Governments plea to grant another 30 days’ time to complete Panchayat Election process.
The BJP Government deliberately did not take any initiative to compile the data to finalize reservations of Other Backward Class (OBC). This was part of the BJP strategy to deprive the Bahujan Samaj from their Democratic Right. The people of Goa will never forgive these sins of the BJP and will surely teach them a lesson during the upcoming Elections, stated Yuri Alemao
They forced vigilant Citizens to approach the Courts during Municipal Elections and eventually got bashings from the High Court & the Supreme Court. The Government did not learn any lessons and once again fall flat on its face after the order of the High Court. The faulty administrative decisions of the Government taken with political motives to benefit BJP have costed the State Treasury with Lakhs of Rupees spent on fighting legal battles. It is high time that the Government fix responsibilities for these repeated blunders demanded Yuri Alemao
