The Election Commission of India has appointed IAS officer Shri Sandip Jacques, Secretary (Revenue), as the Electoral Roll Observer for Goa during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision of the electoral rolls with January 1, 2026 as the qualifying date.
As part of his duties, Jacques will be available to meet members of the public and receive any representations or concerns regarding the revision process on December 16, 2025, at 10:30 am. The interaction will take place at Room No. 407, Seminar Hall, Fourth Floor, Mathany Saldanha Administrative Complex, Fatorda.
