CM Dr. Pramod Sawant Attends ‘Mandir Ka Mahakumbh’ in Tirupati, Highlights Goa’s Temple Heritage

Tirupati: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant participated in the International Temple Convention & Expo – Mandir Ka Mahakumbh, organized by Temple Connect in the sacred city of Tirupati. Sharing the stage with esteemed dignitaries, including Andhra Pradesh CM Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, Maharashtra Deputy CM Shri Devendra Fadnavis, Union Minister Shri Shripad Naik, and Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust Treasurer Swami Govinddeo Giri Ji, the event brought together revered Mahants and experts in temple management.

The CM extended his heartfelt congratulations to Shri Prasad Lad and Shri Girish Kulkarni of Temple Connect for organizing this significant gathering. Highlighting Goa’s rich temple heritage, vibrant traditions, and grand Utsavas, Dr. Sawant reaffirmed the Government of Goa’s commitment to promoting cultural tourism, with a special focus on temples and religious yatras.

He emphasized that Mandir Ka Mahakumbh serves as a vital platform for discussions on best practices in temple management, while also exploring the integration of modern technologies like AI to enhance and preserve the sanctity of temples.
