Panaji, 15 July 2026: The Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) has operationalised its dedicated helpline to provide prompt assistance to homeless, destitute persons and persons found begging within the jurisdiction of the Corporation.
Citizens may now report such cases by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to +91 9403687460.
Upon receipt of information, the designated response team of the Corporation of the City of Panaji, in coordination with representatives of El Shaddai Charitable Trust and the concerned departments, will immediately report to the location and facilitate the rescue and transportation of homeless, destitute persons and persons found begging to designated shelter homes for care and rehabilitation.
