Panaji: Goa Pradesh Youth Congress President Adv. Archit Naik criticised the BJP-led government, alleging that governance in the state has been reduced to “headline management and magic shows.” He stated that Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant cannot mislead Goa’s youth with promises of 22,000 jobs while many educated young Goans continue to face unemployment, low-paying jobs, and migration outside the state in search of opportunities.
Naik further alleged that if the government was genuinely serious about employment generation, youth would not be struggling with contract-based jobs, delayed recruitments, paper leaks, and corruption in the system. He said that the youth of Goa are demanding transparent recruitment processes, skill-based opportunities, and genuine employment instead of “political theatrics and jumlas.”
He also remarked that Goa’s youth need a government that delivers jobs with honesty, transparency, and accountability rather than “empty announcements.”
