Ponda, June 25:
Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP) leader Vishvesh Naik launched a scathing attack on senior politician Shri Sudin Dhavlikar, accusing him of hypocrisy and misleading the people of Goa. Responding to Dhavlikar’s recent statements invoking karma and references to the Mahabharat, Vishvesh remarked that while Dhavlikar speaks like a wise man, his actions resemble those of Duryodhan, known for injustice and deceit.

Vishvesh alleged that Dhavlikar has, over the years, harassed and troubled individuals for personal or political gain. “The employment he brags about is limited to contract roles, peon jobs, and LDCs — not the kind of empowerment Goans deserve,” he stated.

He also highlighted revelations from a recent meeting held by MLA Govind Gaude, during which Gaude reportedly claimed he had stopped Dhavlikar from becoming Chief Minister. Vishvesh urged Gaude to speak out publicly in the Assembly. “The people are no longer convinced by speeches. They want honesty, action, and accountability,” he said.

Assuring support, Vishvesh affirmed that RGP’s lone MLA, Viresh Borkar, will stand with Gaude if he decides to reveal the full truth on the floor of the House.

Criticizing Dhavlikar’s shifting political affiliations between TMC and BJP, Vishvesh cautioned the public to remain alert and not fall for the theatrics of leaders who change loyalties for personal gain.

“The time has come to expose double standards and demand real leadership,” Vishvesh concluded.
