Panaji: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant tuned in to the 121st episode of Mann Ki Baat and shared key highlights from Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address.
The Chief Minister said the Prime Minister reaffirmed his commitment to retaliate firmly against terrorists, their handlers, and sympathizers, and to bring them to justice. He mentioned that the Prime Minister emphasized the unwavering support of 140 crore-plus Indians standing with every victim and their families, reinforcing the unity, integrity, and sovereignty of Bharat.
Chief Minister further informed that the Prime Minister praised India’s achievements in the space sector and paid tribute to Padma Vibhushan Dr. K. Kasturirangan, former ISRO Chairman and one of the architects of the National Education Policy 2020.
Additionally, he highlighted the Prime Minister’s call for greater alertness in dealing with natural disasters. He noted that the newly developed Sachet App by the National Disaster Management Authority would play a crucial role in saving lives and protecting property during natural calamities.
