Margao – We will AMEND the Xth Schedule of the Constitution of India & make Defection (leaving Orginal Party on which MLA or MP was elected) an Automatic Disqualification of the Membership of Assembly or Parliament. BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawde should have addressed the Press Conference with Defectors Digambar Kamat, Aleixo Sequeira, Michael Lobo, Sankalp Amonkar & other four MLAs when he was speaking on Constitution, Yuri Alemao said.
BJP has overturned many Democratically Elected Governments in last ten years by encouraging Defections. They even Amended Municipal Law to get their Chairperson elected in Margao Municipal Council who was earlier faced humiliating defeat, charged Yuri Alemao.
BJP is now worried because it is certain that INDIA Government will come to power in June 2024. After INDIA Government is formed all the States in which BJP grabbed power through backdoors will fall. Goa will also have a new Government claimed Yuri Alemao.
