TUI Airways Commences Charter Services from the United Kingdom to Goa for Winter Season 2025–26 with Direct Flights from Manchester and London Gatwick to Mopa Airport

Panjim, 8th November 2025 – The Department of Tourism, is pleased to announce that TUI Airways, a charter holiday service provider, has commenced charter services connecting the United Kingdom to Goa for the Season 2025–26.

The Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, Shri Rohan A. Khaunte, said “The commencement of TUI Airways’ charter services from the United Kingdom reflects Goa’s strengthening position in the global tourism landscape. As we continue to build international connectivity, our focus remains on creating a regenerative tourism model that balances sustainability, community empowerment, and authentic cultural experiences for every traveller.”

The Director of Tourism, Kedar Naik, added “The Department has been working closely with all stakeholders to ensure seamless facilitation at MOPA Airport. The continued arrival of charter services from the UK underscores Goa’s readiness to deliver high-quality, responsible, and memorable visitor experiences this winter season.”

Operated under the supervision of Freedom Holidays Pvt. Ltd., these charter services began operations on 5th November 2025, bringing British travellers directly from Manchester Airport (MAN) and London Gatwick Airport (LGW) to Manohar International Airport (GOX), Mopa.

With four flights per week, totalling 16 flights per month, a total of 83 flights are scheduled for the ongoing season, including 17 in December 2025 and 18 in January 2026. This continued partnership between TUI Airways and Goa reaffirms the state’s growing prominence as a preferred long-haul destination for international travellers.

The Department of Tourism will extend all necessary support to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for passengers, highlighting Goa’s warm hospitality, diverse tourism offerings, and commitment to sustainable and community-led development.
