Porvorim, Goa; SMRC’s V. M. Salgaocar Hospital, Goa, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Porvorim, successfully organized an interactive talk on maintaining healthy skin and hair by SMRC’s Expert Dermatologist & Cosmetologist, Dr. Preeti Savardekar at Otium Resort, Porvorim, Goa.
Dr. Preeti shared her expertise and practical tips on maintaining the well-being of the skin and hair against modern-day challenges. One of the focal points of Dr. Preeti’s discussion was the crucial role played by a nutritious diet in enhancing both physical and spiritual well-being. She also provided invaluable insights on the intricate relationship between our mental and emotional states and our physical health.
