In a significant development, Abhilash Kaimal, who previously served as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Hon’ble Governor of Goa, has been appointed as Strategic Advisor to the Family office of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Ahmed Al Maktoum.
Shri Abhilash brings with him a wealth of administrative experience and strategic insight. His prior role as OSD to the Hon’ble Governor of Goa was marked by his effective coordination and contribution to governance initiatives.
In his new capacity, Shri Abhilash will be responsible for providing high-level strategic guidance, strengthening institutional collaborations and policy recommendations, and supporting key initiatives under the Supreme leadership of Royal Family of Dubai, UAE.
