Panaji – It is really a shocking incident of Cow getting electrocuted at Porvorim due to negligence of Goa Electricity Department. Power Minister Ramkrishna alias Sudin Dhavlikar must take Prayascitta (Penance) for killing Gomata & Resign from the most insensitive BJP Government under irresponsible Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant demanded Congress Media Cell Chairman Amarnath Panjikar.
This incident has exposed the complete failure of the BJP Government to provide safety and security to Humans and Animals in Goa. BJP Government will get Cursed due to murder of the innocent Cow, stated Amarnath Panjikar.
Goa Electricity Department is only focussing on increasing power tariffs in Goa and burdening Common Man. Power Minister Ramkrishna Dhavlikar should first focus on taking Safety Measures for the Staff as well as the People, Amarnath Panjikar said.
Despite so many deaths of Linemens and others in the past, especially during Monsoon due to electrocution, Electricity Department has failed to provide Safety Gadgets to its Workers, pointed Amarnath Panjikar.
There are various places in Goa where Transformers, Junction Boxes are left open with live wires exposed in open. Porvorim incident of death of Cow exposes failure of Power Department to insulate live wires, stated Amarnath Panjikar.
