A programme on NDPS Act and Drug and Substance Abuse and its ill-effects was organised by V. M. Salgaocar College of Law’s Old Goa Legal Aid Cell on March 6, 2023 at Government College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Khandola. Old Goa Legal Aid Cell comes under the umbrella of ‘V.M. Salgaocar College of Law Legal Aid Society’ which sensitises and conducts various legal programmes for different strata of people. Dy Sp Nerlon Albuquerque was the resource person and enlightened students on ill-effects of drugs and substance abuse in the presence of Dr Aamod Shirali, Associate Professor at V M Salgaocar and Faculty In-charge of Old Goa Legal Aid Cell and Ms. Dr. Sapana Pelapkar, Chief NSS Program Officer
