Panaji: Goa Forward Party General Secretary (org) Durgadas Kamat slammed the BJP government after gunshots were reported in Madkai, alleging that Goa is turning into a “Gunda Raj.” He said that from drugs to murders and now open firing on the streets, the government remains a mute spectator while citizens live in fear. Kamat said Goa deserves safety, not lawlessness, and accused the BJP’s ‘double engine’ of failing to secure the state.
