Canacona, Goa – On Wednesday, 28th June 2023, Broadway Publishing House released a remarkable bilingual book titled ‘Flame of Words – शब्दजोत’. Authored by Adv Yatish Naik, the book features a collection of 51 poems in English and Konkani. The auspicious book release took place at the prestigious Jeevottam Mutt in Partagal, Canacona.
The Swamiji of Shree Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Mutt, HH Shreemad Vidhyadheesh Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji, graced the occasion and unveiled the book, symbolizing the fusion of literature and spirituality. Esteemed personalities including Shri Shrinivas Dempo, President of the Central Committee of the Mutt, and Vice Presidents Shri R R Kamat and Shri Shivanand Salgaocar, were present to honor the event. Former Chief Minister Shri Digamber Kamat also graced the occasion with his esteemed presence.
The book release ceremony witnessed a large gathering of devotees and literature enthusiasts from the Mutt, all eager to explore the literary world crafted by Adv Yatish Naik. This notable release marks the second book by the author, following his previous work on Citizen centric good governance and public administration in Konkani titled ‘लोकाभिमुख सुशासना वटेन’ (Towards Citizen Centric good governance…), which was published in 2018.
‘Flame of Words – शब्दजोत’ showcases the author’s poetic prowess in both English and Konkani, providing readers with a mesmerizing literary journey. With this new publication, Adv Yatish Naik continues to contribute to the realm of literature, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of readers.
