Beena Shantaram Naik Resigns as President of Goa Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee

In a letter addressed to the President of the All India Mahila Congress, Beena Shantaram Naik announced her resignation from the post of President of the Goa Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee on October 4, 2024. Naik expressed that her decision came after deep reflection, stating it was time to make way for the younger generation. She will continue to serve the party as a Congress karyakarta.

Naik expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to lead and thanked all members and office bearers of Mahila Congress for their unwavering support and dedication. She also acknowledged the guidance and inspiration she received from senior leaders such as Sonia Gandhi, P. Chidambaram, K.C. Venugopal, Girish Chodankar, and the Mahila Congress President, Alkaji.

Beena Naik reaffirmed her family’s commitment to the Congress ideology and assured her continued support for the betterment of the party.
