Traffic Diversion Announced for NH 66 Due to Second Phase of Elevated Corridor Work at Porvorim

As per the notification from the District Magistrate of North Goa, the second phase of the Elevated Corridor project at Porvorim will begin tonight. Traffic on NH 66 will be diverted from Mall de Goa, with vehicles being routed via the Chhatrapati Shivaji Statue to the existing service road to proceed towards Panaji.

Additionally, construction will commence at the starting point of the central median at Sangolda Junction (Porvorim Bazaar) extending up to 70 meters towards Panaji. Approximately 6 meters of space on either side of NH 66 will be reserved for vehicular traffic during this phase.
