We do need to encourage and permit our citizens to keep their Indian passports even when circumstances require them to take another passport for which we have to find a legal formula. And as far as I am concerned, I will be a voice for that,” Tharoor said while giving his personal opinion on Dual Citizenship.

I am very confident that India will see a change in Government in June 2024. Dictatorial regimes dont last for long. Indians are inclusive who easily adopt various lifestyles, cultures, food etc., Shashi Tharoor said.

Do you want, instead, an India where people are free to express their views, free to eat what they want, to dress as they wish, to love whom they like, or are you prepared to accept a Government that feels it has a place in your bedroom, in your kitchen, in your safe, in your dining room? We have a Government now which is interfering in everything, Shashi Tharoor said.

I am completely against destruction of Environment for the so-called development which will not benefit Goa at all. It is the duty of the Government to find alternatives if people are against any projects, stated Shashi Tharoor.
