India, 2023: Ola Electric, India’s largest EV company, has opened 50 Experience Centers across the country, in a single day. The electric vehicle manufacturer has been on a spree to open Experience centers (ECs) across India to enhance accessibility and cater to the growing demand of electric vehicles in India. The company has announced the expansion of its D2C footprint in Goa with the opening of a new Ola Experience Centre on the Duler Ground Road in Karaswada, Mapusa.
Anshul Khandelwal, Chief Marketing Officer, Ola, said, “To make the purchase journey a more immersive and accessible experience, we are aggressively expanding our offline presence across all major cities in the country. We believe that it is important to intensify the pace and scale at which we are expanding our offline footprint, enabling millions of Indians in remote corners of the country to seamlessly experience our products and services”
Ola Experience Centers are designed to offer a comprehensive range of services to customers at a single location. Almost 90% of Ola’s customers live within 20kms of an Ola Experience Centre. Ola Experience Centres provide customers with the opportunity to test ride the S1 and S1 Pro models, as well as seek guidance in the purchase process. Customers can also obtain information about financing options at the stores and complete their purchase journey through the Ola App.
With a vision to make all 2W in India electric by 2025, Ola is actively developing a robust plan for electric vehicles to expedite the global shift towards sustainable electric mobility.
