Margao – Defector Margao MLA Digambar Kamat has admitted that Margao Municipal Council has failed to provide services to Madganvkars. He has in a way threatened all the Councillors. As getting a Ministry is zero now, he must be dreaming to retire from politics as Chairperson of Margao. Choosing April Fools day by him goes well with his character of fooling Goans, stated Madganvcho Awaaz & Youth Leader Prabhav Naik.

Reacting to the statement made by Margao MLA Digambar Kamat that he will start full swing campaign from 1st April to bring in good governance in Margao Municipal Council administration, Prabhav Naik slammed Margao MLA for his failure to develop the city.

Margao is slowly collapsing with many buildings declared as unsafe, mess in parking facilities, harassment faced by citizens while getting their works done in Municipality, failure of scientific collection and disposal of garbage and above all massive corruption all over. In a way it looks like Digambar Kamat has realised he is loosing ground in Margao, claimed Prabhav Naik.

With his frequent defections for selfish gains, Margao MLA Digambar Kamat not only cheated and betrayed his workers and voters but has defied God. His act is unpardonable and he will have to repay for his misdeeds, Prabhav Naik said.

As the Municipal Elections are almost a year away, Digambar Kamat has now woken up from deep sleep. If he admits that Municipality is not functioning properly, he must first act against the Chairperson for whom he even changed Municipal Act, stated Prabhav Naik.

Madganvkars will continue to speak against wrongdoings of the MLA as well as Council supported by him. He will have to face criticism for his act of promoting nepotism in Margao. What happened to the filling of vacancies advertised by Margao Municipal Council? Digambar Kamat must explain to Madganvkars, demanded Prabhav Naik.
