The Honorable Minister for TCP, Health, Women and Child Development, Forest, and Urban Development has issued directives for immediate action against those involved in the circulation of fraudulent work orders. Highlighting the gravity of the situation, the Minister stated that forging government officials’ signatures is a criminal act and has instructed department heads to file FIRs against the perpetrators.

A recent incident involving a fake document bearing a forged Forest Department stamp falsely implicated former FDA Director Jyoti Sardessai, underscoring the extent of these misrepresentations. The Minister also addressed a circulated call recording where an individual allegedly offers government jobs for sale, labeling it as an attempt to defame the Minister and related departments. The Minister has called on law enforcement to thoroughly investigate these defamation attempts and hold the responsible individuals accountable.
