Renowned Goan artistic vendor M/s Vinayak Decorator, led by Sidhesh Dessai, is bringing pride to Goa by curating Republic Day parade floats for Arunachal Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh. Showcasing the exceptional talent of an all-Goan team, these floats celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the two states while highlighting the artistry of Goa.
The floats will take center stage at the Bharat Parv Exhibition at Red Fort, Delhi, from January 26 to 31, 2025, as part of the Republic Day celebrations. Organized by the Ministry of Tourism, this prestigious nine-day event showcases India’s cultural diversity.
Sidhesh Dessai, along with his talented Goan team—Virendra Naik (Babu), Vikas Naik (Vicky), Lazlie Menezes (Monty), Narayan Vaigankar (Pranit), Vasant Vaigankar (Paddi), and Shaikh Hussain (Badsha)—has infused traditional art and vibrant creativity into this project, making it a moment of pride for Goa on the national stage.
