In honor of the 70th birth anniversary of former Deputy Chief Minister and Mapusa MLA, the late Adv. Francis D’Souza, a floral tribute ceremony was held at his residence. The event also included a blood donation drive and a free eye checkup camp. BJP Goa State President Sadanand Shet Tanavade presided over the occasion.
