BJP Goa State Spokesperson, Giriraj Pai Vernekar, has strongly criticized AAP MLA Venzy Viegas for his remarks on the Congress. Vernekar pointed out the hypocrisy of the INDI alliance, noting that while AAP openly condemns Congress for corruption and the destruction of Goa, they still align with them, undermining their claims of clean politics.
He further highlighted that AAP had previously accused another alliance partner, Vijai Sardesai, of benefiting from land conversions in a press note. Vernekar argued that this alliance reflects the opposition’s desperation and inability to challenge the BJP independently.
He called the INDI alliance a “fraud” and urged the people of Goa to reject what he described as opportunistic and dishonest politics.
